I spent my entire career in the hospitality industry here in the Milwaukee area, serving discriminating diners at a number of popular establishments. My husband, James Jackson, began his career working for his father, Ray Jackson, at their restaurant in Milwaukee. There he earned a culinary apprenticeship under Master Executive Chef Jahn Kramph and went on to distinguish himself at several other local restaurants.
