Michael Lee, known as “Mikey” to his friends and co-workers, worked as a sous chef at Fox Valley Restaurant for over 18 years. He was noted as one of Birmingham’s top five hottest young chefs in the Birmingham Magazine in 1998. In June 2010, Mikey and his sister melissa, who also worked at Fox Valley Restaurant as the Dining Room Manager for 15 years, fulfilled their dream of opening a restaurant – Mikey’s Grill!
